Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Fees

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We will investigate with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue. If an order is confirmed as lost, a replacement or refund will be issued in accordance with our policies.
