Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Does not function as intended

For minor issues, we may offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Return Shipping

  • For approved faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier and assist you accordingly.
